Returns & Refunds policy

1. General Policy
All entry fees for the Star River Competition are non-refundable except in circumstances outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• Competition Cancellation: If the competition is canceled by the organizer for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund of their entry fee.

• Duplicate Payment: If a participant accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded upon request.

• Withdrawal Before Deadline: If a participant withdraws their entry in writing before the competition date, they may be eligible for a 30% refund.

3. Refund Process

• Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing to refund@starriver.live].

• Please include proof of payment and the reason for the refund request.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be given if:

• The participant fails to attend or submit their entry.

• The participant is disqualified due to a breach of competition rules.

• The request is made after the refund deadline has passed.

5. Organizer Rights
STAR RIVER reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the official competition website and communicated to registered participants.
